Mission

The mission of Development Systems, Inc. is to increase the ability of individuals and organizations to manage their business and human service functions by offering expertise in training, training management, consultation, systems design and materials development.

Approach

We deliver high-quality training based on what we know motivates adults to learn: relevance of the materials to the learner's needs.

We've developed numerous self-learning modules for health care professions, for people who learn best through this method.

Of course, we do needs assessments, and connect technical information with relations, the physical environment and the cultural environment ... for client centeredness and for optimum effectiveness of staff.

We have more than 20 years of experience training health care professionals, delivering technical assistance, facilitating organizational development, planning and managing health care conferences and providing employee development.

Record

We provide training for more than 3,500 professionals every year. The typical participant rates our training as outstanding or excellent in overall value of the trainings.

We have ongoing, successful collaborations with Federal, State and community-based organizations.

Health care organizations in the broadest sense of the term - mental health, educational, social service, assisting agencies and customary health care organizations - utilize our expertise! We design, develop and manage training and technical assistance programs for all these entities.
